Service Description
Melissa Mary Ahern is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of professional experience in therapeutic and integrative health settings. She is a graduate of the New York College of Health Professions and has worked collaboratively with chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists, developing a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to care. Attuned as a Reiki practitioner since 2016, Melissa blends clinical knowledge with thoughtful presence and sensitivity, offering sessions rooted in attentiveness, compassion, and care. Alongside her bodywork and energy practice, Melissa is a published and recorded singer whose work has been released on FatCat Records and Aesthmatic Kitty, with multiple collaborations featuring her vocals since 2018. She integrates sound baths using bowls and voice into her Reiki sessions, enhancing relaxation and supporting nervous system regulation. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Acupuncture at Pacific College of Health Sciences, Melissa is deeply committed to her clients, her craft, and the ongoing study of holistic medicine.
Cancellation Policy
To "Reschedule" your appointment please send an email to support@merakihealing.online 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. All sessions are refundable, please note if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the time of your scheduled appointment, a $40 cancelation fee will be deducted from your refund. No-Show/No-Call fee of $75 will be charged if it applies for your next booking! Late Policy Notice Punctuality is key to ensuring you receive the full benefits of your session. To honor both your time and the integrity of the healing process, sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment. This allows for a smooth, uninterrupted flow of energy and ensures you receive the most out of your experience. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to your healing journey!
