Shamanic Soul Retrieval & Empowerment Our Indigenous ancestors received energetic support from the earth and all living things. Unfortunately, personal and systemic trauma separates us from this energetic abundance. During a Shamanic Soul Retrieval & Empowerment session, you will reconnect to the energies of the earth, healed ancestors, and the infinite possibilities of the cosmos to restore your energy, embodiment, and optimism. Please eat and hydrate well, wear comfortable clothing, and have a place where you can relax and be undisturbed when preparing for a virtual session. Afterward, plan for an evening of rest to integrate your experience into your body peacefully. Like reiki, you will be in a meditative and trance-like relaxed state. Sakina will speak to you throughout the session and ask how you are feeling and what arises to tailor the experience to your needs. Sakina Alia is a Shamanic Practitioner who works to reconnect us to our prosperous ancestors and the earth—so we can build joyous and just futures of tomorrow. Sakina blends pan-African, Hawaiian, and Indigenous North American shamanism with Traditional Chinese Medicine and many other global wisdom traditions. She developed her healing practice by restoring her body after severe illness and trauma, conducting 15 years of global research on humanity’s relationship to nature, and earning an MA from Yale Divinity School.
