I recommend a Sitz Bath that sits on the toilet seat to do your steam

Making sure it’s not too hot!
Sit on the seat and cover your legs with a towel and blanket, make sure to wear
Socks to hold in your body heat for full body detox
Relax and allow the steam to penetrate your yoni comfortably
Take 20-30 minutes to meditate on your desires of wholeness and wellness
DO NOT Steam on your menstrual cycle or during any infections or inflammation
Steaming before and after your cycle is ideal
