 Yoni Steam Instructions
Place ½ packet of herbs in a medium pot and bring to a soft boil, covered
I recommend a Sitz Bath that sits on the toilet seat to do your steam
Create a sacred space to do your steam with candles and meditation music
Pour the herbal tea into the Sitz Bath
Making sure it’s not too hot!
Sit on the seat and make sure to cover shoulders and Legs with blanket
Socks to hold in your body heat for full body detox
Relax and allow the steam to penetrate your yoni comfortably
Take 20-30 minutes to meditate on your desires of wholeness and wellness
DO NOT Steam on your menstrual cycle or during any infections or inflammation
